According to the plan, the submission of Form 5-A of the Tariff Commission (attached) and the adjustment plan of the domestic manufacturing industry is on March 17. On March 18-24, 2022, the investigating agency conducted on-site verification in both face-to-face and online forms.
The promulgation of the draft investigation conclusion and notice on the organization of the Public Hearing is expected to take place on March 25, 2022. The Public Hearing is scheduled to take place on April 1, 2022 and from April 4-7, 2022. By April 2022, the final conclusion of the Tariff Commission will be issued.
n order to best protect their legitimate rights and interests, the Trade Remedies Department recommends relevant businesses to actively study the announcement of the Tariff Commission.
